Jaguar launched the XF, XF and XJ Sportbrake latest. Luxury car manufacturer Jaguar launched its latest model the 2013 XF, XF Sportbrake (stationwagon / estate) and XJ. They come with two new petrol engines.
According to Auto Evolution page, one of two new machines that use a 2.0-liter turbocharged engine that can give off power 240 hp and 340 Nm of torque (251 lb-ft).
The machine used by the Range Rover Evoque a hard sell in the market.
Model XF and the XF and XJ Sportbrake have dimensions larger than the previous generation but they are lighter weight because it uses aluminum construction.
It allows the XJ speeding up to 100 km / h (62 mph) in 7 seconds. Type XF half a second slower.
Another new engine is a supercharged V6 engine that can give off energy 3.L 335 hp and 450 Nm of torque.
The machine has the acceleration of 0-100 km / h or 5.7 seconds up to a maximum limit of 250 km / h (155 mph).
The machine replaces the old engine 5.0-liter V6, delivering the same performance but BBMnya more efficient.
Not only the petrol engine, Jaguar engineers also launched a diesel engine with a capacity of 2.2 liter or smaller. Diesel engines intended for XF models can output power 163 hp and 400 Nm of torque (295 lb-ft). Other versions of the diesel engine can output power to 200 hp and 450 Nm of torque (332 lb-ft).
Not enough with the latest machines, Jaguar also offers a standard eight-speed transmission gearbox and features Stop / Start for the V6 and V8 models. XF models have the renewal of multimedia features such as infotainment systems.
XJ have recalibrated suspension so that the rider is much more subtle style and quiet similar to the Mercedes-Benz S-Class.
